Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Submit a verifiable unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Video Requirements: The unboxing video must clearly show the product’s condition, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.
  • Submission: Send the unboxing video to support@bibooriginals.com for our team to review.

Refund Process:

  • Review: Our support team will review the unboxing video to verify the reported issues.
  • Approval: If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Replacements:

In addition to refunds, we offer replacements for damaged or mismatched products. The process for requesting a replacement is the same as outlined for refunds.


Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims without the required unboxing video will not be considered.
